About Brian
Here is the short version, in my own words.
I am Brian. I live in Boylston, Massachusetts, with my wife, our two kids, and a dog who thinks every visitor came to see him. This is home, and it is where I do this work.
I build quiet little helpers that take a slow, repeated job off an owner's hands. I got into it because I kept watching the same thing happen. Good people, running good businesses, losing their nights and weekends to small stuff that never really ended. Not the big decisions. The little chores that pile up until there is no evening left. It bothered me enough that I decided to do something about it.
So that is what I do now. You tell me the task you dread. I go build the thing that handles it. You get the evening back.
Here is how I work, plainly:
- You see everything before it goes live. Nothing runs on your business until you have watched it work with your own eyes.
- If I cannot help, I will tell you so. I would rather send you off in the right direction than sell you something that does not fit.
- Asking costs nothing. One email, an honest answer, no pitch you have to sit through.
I keep my promises small, and I keep them. If any of that sounds like someone you would trust with a slow, annoying job, I would like to hear about it.
