Do I need to know anything about computers?
No. You need to know your business and which task you are sick of. That is your whole job in this. I handle the rest and explain everything in regular words, not tech talk.

These are the things owners usually want to know before they email me. If your question is not here, just ask it. Asking costs nothing.
What does it cost?
A flat price, agreed before I start, so there are no surprise invoices. Most first jobs are in the few hundred dollar range, not thousands. If you want me to keep things running and keep improving them month to month, we can set a flat monthly amount for that too. And the first conversation is always free.
How long does it take?
Most jobs take days, not months. A simple follow-up system might be running inside a week. Something bigger, like a new website, usually lands in a couple of weeks. I will give you an honest timeline before we start, and I will tell you if it slips.
Is this one of those apps I pay for and never end up using?
No, and that is the point. I do not hand you software and wish you luck. I build the thing around the task you already do, in the way you already do it, and nothing goes live until you have watched it work with your own eyes. If it does not actually save you time, we do not ship it.
What happens to my customer information?
It stays yours. I do not sell it, share it, or use it for anything except the job you hired me for. Before anything is built, we talk through exactly what information the system touches and where it lives, in plain words, so you know and are comfortable.
What if it breaks?
You email me and I fix it. There is no support line, no ticket queue, no waiting on hold. The person who built it is the person who answers.
Am I signing a long contract?
No. Flat jobs are one and done. Monthly help continues only as long as it is worth it to you, and you can stop any time. I would rather earn next month than lock you into it.
Is this AI?
Some of it, yes. I use modern AI tools where they genuinely help, like answering routine questions or drafting words for you to approve. I use plain, boring automation where that is the better fit. You do not have to care which is which. What matters is that the task gets done, you see everything before it goes live, and a real person still makes the real decisions.
Will this replace my people?
No. I take chores, not jobs. The goal is that your people spend their time on customers and real work instead of retyping, chasing, and answering the same question for the tenth time before lunch.
My business is small. Is it worth it?
Small is exactly who this is for. You do not need a big company or a big budget, just one task that keeps eating your week. If the math does not work for your situation, I will tell you that instead of taking your money.
What is the first step?
