I collect only what I need to answer you, protect the website, and run Mechary.

When you contact me

The contact form collects your name if you provide it, your email address, and the task you describe. The server also records basic security information such as the time, internet address, and browser name. I use this information to reply, understand what you need, and prevent spam.

Email outreach

If I send a business introduction, I keep the business contact details needed to manage the conversation and make sure I do not contact someone who has opted out. Some outreach emails may contain a small tracking image that records when the image is loaded. Email providers can load these images automatically, so I do not treat an open as proof that a person read the message.

What I do not do

I do not sell your information. I do not rent it to other businesses. I do not use customer information from one project to train or build another customer's system.

Where information is handled

The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Messages and business email are handled through the systems needed to deliver and answer them. Project information is kept only as long as it is useful for the conversation, the work, security, or legal recordkeeping.

Your choice

You can ask what information I have about you, ask me to correct or delete it where I am able, or tell me not to contact you again. Email [email protected].
